My gentle and effective no-impact method to respect your body

I’m Clarisse Ernoux, yoga teacher specialised in women’s wellbeing, especially prenatal and postnatal.

I believe movement allows women to reveal their femininity. Through my online programmes and classes, I aim to give every woman the opportunity to tone her body at her own pace — even when short on time or energy.

Reconnect with your body after pregnancy

After giving birth, your body has changed — and that’s completely normal.
This program helps you feel better, reduce back pain, flatten your belly and regain confidence from the very first sessions.

Corps tonique

Fully adapted to the needs of new mums, postnatal yoga is recommended to improve posture and flexibility. This practice combines strength exercises and deep stretching — perfect for regaining muscle tone in just a few weeks.

Ventre dessiné

After pregnancy, the belly is often soft and stretched. I offer exercises far more effective — and body-respectful — than crunches, to deeply strengthen your core while protecting your pelvic floor.

Périnée fort

After pregnancy and birth, the pelvic floor is weakened and needs both perineal and abdominal re-education. My exercises allow you to gradually resume movement safely.

The arrival of a baby is never restful! Between stress, hormone drops and many questions, this period calls for you to care for yourself — before caring for others. Thanks to meditation and breathing exercises, you'll quickly feel your energy renewed and its benefits.
